WBB snaps losing streak with win over Bryn Mawr, 55-32

HAVERFORD, Pa. - Ursinus sophomore forward Lindsay
Teuber (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Basil's) had a game-high 16
points and seven rebounds as the Bears (9-11, 6-9 Centennial)
defeated Bryn Mawr (2-18, 0-16 Centennial) 55-32 in a women's
basketball game played at Haverford College.
The Bears, who never trailed, held the Owls to just 12-for-46 from
the field in the win.
Sophomore guard Jen Sroba (Newtown, Pa./Council Rock
North) had eight points in the win, while sophomore center
Ryann Burke (Haddon Township, N.J./Haddon
Township) added in six points as did sophomore guard
Kristy George (Whitehall, Pa./Whitehall).
Ursinus forced 25 turnovers which led to 23 points. The
Bears got the lead as high as 23 points and held Bryn Mawr without
a field goal in the last 6:55 of the game.
For Bryn Mawr, Shanika Bridges-King had nine points.
Ursinus goes to Gettysburg on Saturday.
