Porcelan named NSCAA All-Region

KANSAS CITY, Kan. - Ursinus sophomore midfielder Jess Porcelan (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) was named to the 2009 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All Mid-Atlantic Region team on Monday night.

Porcelan earned third-team honors. She was a second-team All-Centennial selection this season.

A first-team selection as a freshman, she had six goals and three assists for a total of 15 points, which was second-best on the squad. She ranked tenth in the Centennial Conference in points and was eighth in goals. She was also named All-Centennial All-Academic.
