Liam Johnston earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors to highlight the Ursinus Men's Cross Country team at the NCAA Metro Regional Championships on Saturday afternoon at Rowan University.
The Bears finished 11th overall with 306 points as a team. Johnston clinched his third straight All-Region nod by finishing 21
st overall with his time of 25:36.3. Johnston became the first Ursinus Men's Cross Country runner in program history to become a three-time All-Region runner.

Elias Knoll was second among Ursinus runners and finished 58
th overall with his time of 26:42.8 and senior
Ryan Martin crossed the line in 67
th overall on a time of 26:50.1. First-year
Ryan Ickes was a spot behind Martin in 68
th just .5 seconds off at 26:50.6

Justice Scheidel wrapped up his Ursinus career with a time of 27:39.0 in 92
nd overall and first-year
Evan O'Connor was one spot behind in 93
rd on his time of 27:43.0.
