COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - The Ursinus Bears men's tennis team dropped a 7-0 contest to No. 25 Haverford on Saturday afternoon in their Centennial Conference opener.
 
 
 
Haverford won two of the three doubles matches with the Bears highlight being junior Teddy Snyder and first-year Pierce Rohlfing besting Lucio Kombo and Maxfield Ma 7-5 at the No. 3 doubles spot. Junior Deniz Finkel and first-year Bogdan Maksimovic suffered a 6-1 setback to Robbie Vasquez and Marko Arboleda before sophomore Russell Nour and junior Noah Dichter lost 6-2 to Caden Hsia and Stefan Johnson at No. 2 doubles
 
 
 
During singles action Dichter lost to Kombo 1-6, 1-6 at the No. 4 spot, Snyder lost to Arboleda 3-6, 3-6 at the No. 1 spot, Nour dropped a 6-3, 3-6, 1-6 contest to Hsia, Finkel lost to Johnson 6-4, 3-6, 2-6 at the No. 2 position, first-year James Fassbender was downed by Nemali 4-6, 1-6 at the No. 5 spot, and senior Andrei Bogdan lost to Ma 4-6, 3-6 at the No. 6 spot.
 
 
 
The Bears return to action Friday, March 27th as they will host Marymount (Va.) at 3:00 p.m.
