SWARTHMORE, Pa. - The Ursinus Bears women's tennis team suffered a 7-0 setback to No. 16 Swarthmore on Saturday afternoon in Centennial Conference play.

Swarthmore won all three of the doubles points to take gain the first point of the match. Sophomore

Sara Steelesmith lost 6-0 at No. 3 doubles to Alice Coxe and Lisa Messie before senior
Bella Vassalluzzo and junior
Caroline Daly at No. 1 doubles along with senior
Kate Rubinkam and junior
Morgan Coupe at No. 2 doubles both suffered 6-2 setbacks to Veronica Komorek and Uma Pogrebivsky and M. Morandat Stilling and Hannah Kideckel, respectively.

In singles, Yu lost 1-6, 0-6 to Diaz at the No. 1 spot and Daly was bested by Kideckel 2-6, 1-6 at the No. 2 spot. Coupe dropped an 1-6, 3-6 No. 3 singles match to Komorek, Rubinkam was downed by Pogrebivsky 1-8 No. 4 singles, Vassalluzzo lost 1-8 to Posner, and Steelesmith was bested 1-8 by Shilling at the No. 6 spot.
