Biography

Kristin Aichele is a junior from Upper Black Eddy, Pa. where she attended Palisades High School. Before Ursinus she trained at Central Bucks School of Gymnastics in Doylestown, Pa. under the coaches Bob Schultz, Tom Ford, and Carla Ceralde.  Aichele is the daughter of Rich and Karla and sister of Richie.  She is majoring in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Biology.  On campus she is involved in Relay for Life, SAAC, Alumni Weekend, UC OSOS, STAR, and Intermural Flag Football.

2011-2012: Competed on vault and beam in all 10 meets. Scored season highs of 9.6 on vault, and 9.725 on beam. Qualified to NCGA Championships as an individual on vault and beam. Named First-team All-ECAC Beam, and First-team All-American Beam. Named Second-Team All-ECAC Vault.

2012-2013: Competed on vault and beam in all 10 meets. Scored career high 9.75 on vault on 2/2/13 against Temple tying the standing record. Scored career high 9.85 on beam on 3/5/13 against Temple breaking the standing record of 9.80. Qualified to NCGA Championships as a team, making it to Finals on the beam. Named First-team All-ECAC Vault, First-Team All-ECAC Beam, and ECAC Specialist of the Week.
