FIRST-YEAR (2022-23): Earned first collegiate victory at the Wilkes Open (12/22) via a pinfall over Penn College of Technology’s Anton Esterbrook … Picked up a dual-meet victory by fall vs Rhode Island College’s Scott Lallas (1/7) … Collected back-to-back victories at the Mideast Futures Tournament (2/11), finishing with a 2-2 record.

Before Ursinus: Graduated from Montville Township High School … Team won the state wrestling championship … A 2x Morris County finalist, Derek was recently selected to compete in the 9th Annual Garden State High School All-Star Classic. In two varsity seasons, Derek finished his career with a 52-18 record including 29 pins.
