Ursinus College

Addie Plummer ’22 enters her fourth season as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for Ursinus College Field Hockey, following a successful four-year playing career with the Bears. A dedicated coach and educator, Plummer has been involved in coaching for six years and began her coaching career working with club programs including Alley Cats, Spooky Nook, and Viper.


During her playing career at Ursinus, Plummer was recognized for both her athletic contributions and commitment to excellence off the field. She was named to the All-Centennial Conference Sportsmanship Team and earned NFHCA Academic Squad honors twice (2021, 2022) as well as Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll honors twice (2021, 2022).


Plummer graduated early from Ursinus in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Physiology and a minor in Education with a teaching concentration. Her passion for education continues beyond the field, as she currently works as a Health and Physical Education teacher, bringing her experience as both an athlete and educator into her coaching.


In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Plummer serves as the Bears' recruiting coordinator, helping connect prospective student-athletes with the Ursinus field hockey program and supporting the continued growth of the team. Her dedication to player development, recruiting, education, and the Ursinus community has made her an integral part of the Bears' coaching staff.
