Casey Green was named the head cross country coach at Ursinus College in the summer of 2025 after starting as the associate head cross country / track & field coach and recruiting coordinator in fall 2024. Coach Green comes to Collegeville with over a decade of experience and has found success with a multitude of collegiate and high school programs. In his first year at Ursinus College, Coach Green saw three school records fall on the track.
Green started at Ursinus after working on the Lafayette College Operations staff since the fall of 2023. Green served as the Athletic Events and Operations Coordinator as well as the head cross country and track and field coach at Madison Country Day School from 2022-23.
Green worked at Bryant & Stratton College, in Wauwatosa, WI from 2018-2021 where he finished as the director of cross country and track and field. Coach Green’s team won the regional championship and advanced to the NJCAA National Championship to finish 10th overall under Casey's guidance. Green was awarded the 2019 NJCAA Region 4 Cross Country Coach of the Year.
Before Bryant & Stratton, Green simultaneously served as the athletic director and cross country / track & field coach at Noble Academy in Chicago, Ill.
Coach Green began his coaching career at Michigan State University where he assisted with cross country and distance events on the track. Michigan State women won the 2014 NCAA Championship and the 2015 Big Ten titles. Green also worked directly with 2015 indoor NCAA mile champion, Leah Connor.
Green hails from Burlington, Vermont and competed at The College Wooster in Ohio. Green and his wife Gabbi, reside in Collegeville with their son Wilder. Â Â
