HAVERFORD, Pa. - The 22nd-ranked Haverford Fords
(13-1, 1-0 Centennial) blanked Ursinus (4-8, 0-2 Centennial) 3-0 on
Tuesday night in a volleyball matchup.
Set scores were 25-12, 25-14 and 25-16.
For the Bears, junior outside hitter Mary Kate Wilmoth
(Wilmington, Del./St. Mark's) and junior outside hitter
Gabriella Galleo (Reading, Pa./Spring-Ford) each
had six kills, with sophomore setter Elizabeth Roth (York,
Pa/Dallastown Area) netting 14 assists.
Galleo had ten digs, with Wilmoth getting nine. Freshman middle
blocker Kayla McLeod (Hermitage, Tenn./University School of
Nashville) had two solo blocks.
Ursinus heads to Widener on Thursday.
