COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall defeated Ursinus 3-0 in Centennial Conference volleyball play on Saturday morning. Set scores were 25-17, 25-10 and 25-18.

Despite the loss, Ursinus (7-6, 0-3 Centennial) got nine kills from senior setter Elizabeth Roth (York, Pa./Dallastown Area), while junior middle blocker Kristin Hanratty (Cinnaminson, N.J./Cinnaminson), senior outside hitter Kim Goldberg (Sarasota, Fla./Out of Door Academy) and freshman setter Gina Powers (Wallingford, Pa./Strath Haven) each had four kills.

Powers added in 12 assists, with freshman libero Leah Masiello  (New Castle, Del./St. Elizabeth's) adding in 13 digs.

Roth had two solo blocks in the loss.
