Men's Soccer falls short against Frostburg, 2-1

HAVERFORD, Pa. – Frostburg State scored twice in the first five minutes of the game as the Bobcats (4-0) defeated Ursinus (1-2) 2-1 in the first day of the Jimmy Mills tournament hosted by Haverford College on Saturday afternoon in men's soccer action.

Ursinus got on the board in the 54th minute as freshman Gabe Haug (Ivyland, Pa./George School) scored his first goal of the season unassisted.

The Bears had a shot to tie at the end, but, a shot by freshman midfielder Charles Brodsky (Bryn Mawr, Pa./Friends Central School) at 89:29 went wide.

In the loss, freshman goalkeeper Kieran Keyser (Petersburg, N.J./Ocean City) had five saves.

The game was delayed briefly in the second half due to dangerous weather.
