GRANTHAM, Pa. – Five players scored in double figures for Ursinus as the Bears (1-1) defeated Rosemont (0-2) 82-60 in the consolation game of the 2013 Hampton Inn Women's Basketball Tip-Off Tournament hosted by Messiah College.

Sophomore forward Jess Porada led the Bears with 20 points on 7-for-14 shooting while grabbing nine rebounds. Senior guard Diamond Lewis added in 19 points, while sophomore guard Alyssa Polimeni scored 12.

Sophomore forward Tori Steinberg scored 12 as well, while sophomore guard Caroline Shimrock netted ten as the Bears led the entire game.

Ursinus shot 40 percent from the field and 47.1 percent from the three-point line in the win, while holding Rosemont to just 33.3 percent from the field.
