Men's Basketball cut down by McDaniel, 73-52

WESTMINSTER, MD - Matt Knowles put up a career high 17 points but it wasn't enough to overcome McDaniel, falling 73-52 Saturday afternoon in Westminster.

The Bears remain winless for the season dropping to 0-7 and 0-4 in the Centennial Conference.

Malik Draper and freshman Remi Janicot both contributed 10 points on the evening and a season high for Janicot.  

The Bears were able to out-rebound the Green Terror but couldn't convert only shooting 42% on the evening while McDaniel convert 57% of their shots.

The first half was a close contents until the Green Terror went on a 33-14 run in the final ten minutes, taking a huge 44-24 lead going into the half.

Ursinus improved in the second half knocking down 28 points but it wasn't enough to overcome the deficit.

Ursinus will look to rebound, returning home against Eastern December 17th.
