LANCASTER, Pa - With a late goal from Katherine Bell, Ursinus Women's Soccer topped Franklin and Marshall 2-1, in double overtime, Saturday afternoon.

Ursinus improves to 3-4-1 and 1-0-1 in the Centennial Conference after today's game.

On the attack the Bears dominated with 18 shots on goal while holding the Diplomats to 8 during regulation and none in overtime.

In a quiet match, the Bears struck first in the 83rd minute when Danielle Beal fired a shot that was deflected by the goalkeeper and put into the back of the net by Alexis Haug.

Minutes later the Diplomats responded with a goal of their own off a corner in the 85th minute.

With a stalemate through 14 minutes of overtime, Katherine Bell was able to clinch the game for the Bears with an unassisted goal shot from the middle of the box.

The Bears will look to continue their winning Streak Wednesday at home against Bryn Mawr.
