Full CSC Academic All-District Men's Soccer Team
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Four Ursinus Men's Soccer players earned Academic All-District honors by the College Sports Communicators (CSC); the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.

Luke Hansen and
Josiah Moore represented Ursinus on the team. All four earned the accolade for the first time in their respective careers.
The CSC Academic All-District men's soccer team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the classroom and on the field of competition.
Desic, a biology major, wrapped up his Ursinus career by scoring goal this past season to help the Bears defeat Franklin & Marshall. He recorded 17 points behind five goals and seven assists in his four seasons on the team behind a career 10-point season in 2024 where he had three goals plus four assists. He is a three-time Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll recipient and holds a 4.0 GPA.
Schmidt, a native of Ambler, Pennsylvania, appeared in 17 games and made 11 starts for the Bears in 2025. He scored a goal against Gettysburg and tallied seven shots on the season behind primarily playing on defense. Schmidt is also a three-time Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll Recipient.
Hansen, a Neuroscience major, holds a 4.0 GPA and started in 16 games for Ursinus in his first season on the team after playing his first two seasons at Elizabethtown. The Collegeville native scored his lone goal of the season against Gwynedd Mercy in September and anchored the Bears defense.
An economics major, Moore was the Bears primary goalkeeper in 2025 by making 12 starts. He posted 57 saves and a 1.65 GAA along with earning two wins. He posted a .740 save percentage and had a pair of shutouts.
