CSC Academic All-District MBB Team
 
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Two members of the Ursinus Men's Basketball team were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) All-District team, announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
 
 
Senior Cole Grubbs and junior Nick Nocito represented the Bears on the team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the classroom and on the field of competition.
 
 
An applied economics major, Grubbs earned his third straight CSC Academic All-District nod after another strong year in the classroom. Grubbs led the team with 6.5 rebounds, shot 61.8 percent from the field, and led the team with 50 blocks in his final season at Ursinus He averaged 3.9 points per game and ranked second in the Centennial Conference with 1.9 blocks per game.
 
 
 
Nocito, a health and exercise physiology major, garnered his second straight CSC Academic All-District nod. Nocito helped drive the Bears offense as he ranked third on the team with a career best 12 points per game but yarded the Centennial Conference at 5.6 assists per game and 151 total assists. His efforts helped him earn All-Centennial honorable mention. Nocito was 1.4 assists clear of second place in the conference and by 46 total assists. He recorded three double-digit assist contests including a career-high of 11 to open the season and totaled 18 double-digit scoring outings. Nocito registered a career-high 39 points against FDU-Florham back in early December which helped him earn Centennial Conference player of the week honors. Nocito led the Centennial in Assist to turnover ratio at 3.4 and ranked fourth in the league in free throw percentage at 81.4 percent.
