STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – The Ursinus Men's Lacrosse team dropped a 20-4 contest to No. 2 RIT on Saturday afternoon at Penn State's Panzer Stadium in non-conference action.
The Tigers jumped on the board right from the start by getting two goals in the first 2:20 of the game to take the initial lead. RIT added two more goals in the first quarter before scoring five in the second quarter to go up 9-0 at halftime. The Tigers went up 11-0 at the 12:15-mark of the third quarter before first-year
Daniel Rice ended the run with the Bears first goal at the 11:11-mark. RIT responded with eight straight goals to close out the third quarter. Junior

Christopher Pucciarelli tallied back-to-back goals in the fourth quarter for the Bears and junior
Barrett Denlinger added the final tally with 4:12 left in regulation.
RIT held a 42-26 shot advantage for the game and a 31-12 advantage in shots on goal. The Tigers owned a 43-27 advantage in ground balls and a 16-12 edge in faceoff wins. First-year Bears goalkeeper
Colin Daroch made four saves in 43:05 of action and sophomore
Philip Goldfarb added four saves in 16:55 of action. RIT goalkeeper Alex Zborowski made four saves in 38:49 after getting the start.
The Bears return to action on Friday, March 14th as they will face Illinois Wesleyan at 2:00 p.m. in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
