EWING, N.J. - The Ursinus Women's Tennis team returned to action for their Spring season on Wednesday afternoon as they suffered a 7-0 loss to TCNJ in non-conference action.

The Lions won all three doubles matches to get the first point. Junior
Morgan Coupe and first-year
Sara Steelesmith dropped a 6-0 decision to Elizabeth Ring and Gabriella Robinson at the No. 3 spot. Senior
Bella Vassalluzzo and junior
Caroline Daly suffered a 6-1 setback in No. 1 doubles as they were downed by Zoey Albert and Shruti Mannan just before senior
Kate Rubinkam and first-year
Mariah Mays suffered a 6-1 setback to Eleni Dakos and  Gabrielle Brideau at No. 2 doubles.

In singles, Mays was downed by Albert at the No. 2 position 0-6, 0-6 while Coupe suffered a 1-6, 0-6 loss to Mannan at No. 4 singles. Daly fell 1-6, 1-6 to Dakos at the No. 1 spot and Vassalluzzo dropped a 0-6, 1-6 decision to Robinson at No. 5 singles. Steelesmith was bested 1-6, 1-6 to Ring at No. 6 singles while Rubinkam was bested 1-6, 0-6 by Brideau at No. 3 singles.
