COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Ursinus Men's Tennis team kept its strong stretch of play going by downing Drew 6-1 on Friday afternoon in non-conference action at the Ace Bailey Tennis Courts.
With the Bears fourth straight win, they improved to 7-2 overall while the Rangers fell to 3-5 overall.
Ursinus won two of the three doubles matches to gain the first point of the match. Senior

Deniz Finkel defeated Nicolas Mobayed and Devan Sutaria 6-3 at No. 2 doubles before sophomore

Pierce Rohlfing took down Ty Gelijns and Kevin Cronin 6-4 at the No. 3 spot. Junior

Russell Nour suffered a 6-3 setback to Jesse Faro Daniel Arcari at No. 1 doubles.
In singles, the Bears pulled away as Dichter defeated Sutaria 6-0, 6-1 at No. 4 singles and Nour outlasted Mobayed 0-6, 6-2, 6-1 at the No. 3 spot. Finkel bested Arcari 7-5, 6-4 at No. 2 singles and Snyder dropped a tough 5-7, 5-7 match at No. 1 singles. First-year
James Fassbender defeated Gelijns 6-2, 6-1 and sophomore
Charles DiCicco rounded out the match by winning 6-2, 6-0 over Longa at the No. 6 spot.
The Bears return to action tomorrow, March 21st as they will host No. 25 Haverford at 11:00 a.m. in their Centennial Conference Opener.
