ITA All-Academic Teams
ITA Scholar Athletes
 

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Ursinus men's tennis team netted a host of academic honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for their performance in the classroom during the 2025-26 academic year, announced recently by the organization.
 
 
The Bears were named an All-Academic Team and had seven players recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes with three earning it for the first time in their respective careers.
 
 
To earn All-Academic Team status, programs must have a grade-point average of 3.20 or above. To be recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete, student-athletes must post a GPA of at least 3.50.
 
 
The following Bears were named ITA Scholar-Athletes:
 
Deniz Finkel
Pierce Rohlfing
Andrei Bogdan
Noah Dichter
Charles DiCicco
James Fassbender
Bogdan Maksimovic
 
 
Additionally, Bogdan, Dichter, Finkel, and DiCicco were named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll after achieving at least a 3.40 cumulative GPA while Bogdan, Dichter, and Finkel garnered College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors.
