FRESHMAN (2015): Made two tackles in four games on special teams

Personal: Born November 14, 1996 ... Son of Scott and Maria Clifford ... Has two siblings, Cait (28) and Jordan (24) ... Four relatives played Division I sports, including three at Ivy League institutions

Why Ursinus? I chose Ursinus simply because the culture seemed a lot different than any other school I had visited. People genuinely care about you and your success here. On my visit it was very clear and evident to me that I was more than just a number. You can really build relationships with your teachers. Not only was the academic side of the school attractive to me, but also the athletic side of it. Ursinus competes in the Centennial Conference which is extremely competitive and playing at the Division III level that is not always the case. Lastly, my overnight visit and hanging out with the team just felt like the right fit for me. I was not treated as a recruit and it was almost like I was already on the team. GO BEARS!
