Kyle Lindsay enters his first season as head coach of the Bears for the 2023 season. Lindsay came to Ursinus after spending the 2022 season as the head coach of the Delaware Valley Aggies baseball team.Â
In his only season as the head coach of the Aggies, Lindsay led the team to a 15-23 overall record and 4-17 mark in Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom play. The 15 wins were the most since the 2017 season and came one season after the team went 3-27 during the 2021 season. Lindsay was the Aggies first full-time coach in the program's history.

Lindsay's coaching career began at his alma mater, Misericordia, where he served as a graduate assistant under head coach Pete Egbert for three seasons from 2017-2019. He helped coach and coached two All-Americans, two MAC Freedom Pitchers of the Year, one MAC Freedom Player of the Year and 21 All-MAC Freedom selections. The Cougars won the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region title to advance to the NCAA Division III College World Series for the first time in program history during Lindsay's second year on the staff in 2018.

Lindsay then joined as an assistant coach on the Arcadia Baseball coaching staff prior to the 2020 season and spent two seasons with the Knights. The team went 5-7 in the shortened 2020 season before advancing to the MAC Freedom Tournament semifinals in 2021.

 As a student-athlete at Misericordia, Lindsay was a four-year starter for the Cougars and a member of four MAC Freedom championship teams. The Sewell, N.J. native rewrote the Misericordia record books by becoming the Cougars all-time leader in career hits (243), runs scored (189), games played (187) and at bats (685). He also ranks second in career doubles (52), third in total bases (318) and fourth in RBI (133). He was named a D3baseball.com All-American in 2014, a two-time All-Region selection, and three-time All-MAC Freedom selection.

Lindsay graduated from Misericordia in the spring of 2016 with a Bachelor of Business Administration B.B.A in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management before earning his MBA in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management in 2019.
