Why Ursinus? I chose Ursinus because I feel it is the perfect place to be a part of something special. At a smaller school such as Ursinus, you become more a part of the community and you get to know so many people. I feel for football it is the place that has shown me the most love and I see the program moving forward, with the great staff and the players making it a family. Finally, because it is the perfect distance away from home. If I was a bit homesick and wanted to come home for a dinner, I am able to do that. But it is far enough where my family will not be pulling up to my doorstep on a Saturday night.
