Marc Poust

Marc Poust joins the Ursinus Men's Lacrosse staff for his first season in 2023.

Poust recently wrapped up a stellar playing career for Division III national power Stevenson where he was the Mustangs starting goalkeeper for four of his five seasons on the team. He was a two-time USILA All-American, earning third team honors in 2021 and honorable mention in 2022. Poust earned IMLCA All-Region honors in 2021 and was a two-time All-MAC Commonwealth second team selection. He also was just as strong in the classroom after being named a USILA Scholar All-American in 2021.

Poust capped his career at Stevenson with 492 saves, ranking third all-time in program history, and was a member of two MAC Commonwealth Championship teams. He earned his bachelor's degree in legal studies from Stevenson in May 2022. Poust earned Stevenson's Fighting Heart Award in 2021 which is given out to the student-athlete who has overcome the odds and showed perseverance in their life, on or off the field. He was also featured in USA Lacrosse Magazine's UNTOLD series in May 2022.

He graduated high school from nearby Hatboro-Horsham in 2014 where he became the career men's lacrosse saves leader in Pennsylvania state history with 1056.
