Conway has been coaching professionally in the US since moving from Ireland in 2019. He is currently the assistant coach with the Ursinus Men’s Soccer team since the 2021/2022 season.
In his time at Ursinus, who compete in the nationally recognized, Centennial Conference, some achievement highlights include, best start to a season ever in 2023/2024 season (6-1), beat nationally ranked John Hopkins University in 23/24 seasons and had second winning season in program history in 23/24 season (8-7-1).
At club soccer level, Conway has held several leadership positions including Technical Director at King of Prussia Soccer Club and is currently the College Prep Assistant Technical Director at West Mont United Soccer Club. He also coaches the Boys 2008 and 2013 teams.
Previously in Ireland, Conway worked as a High School Physical Education and English teacher for six years and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Master’s Degree in Education. He also had 10 years soccer coaching experience in Ireland and holds several licenses from UEFA and the Football Association of Ireland as well as a USSF C license.
Other positions Conway has worked in since moving to the US include part time coach with the Philadelphia Union Youth program and Head JV Coach of Bishop Shanahan High school in Downingtown. He also owns a soccer coaching business called Innovate Sports LLC.
