Biography

Ama Achiaw is a junior forward for the Bears.  She is the daughter of Mabel and Kingsley and sister of Nana and Renee.  Achiaw is from Damascus, Md. and attended Westover School in Middlebury, Conn.  Ama's major is Business and Economics with a minor in Sociology.

2012: Second Team All Conference... Started all 16 games for the Bears last season.... Finished second on the team in goals (3), points (6) and shots on goal (19)... Leads all returning players in goals and points.

2011: Started eight of 13 games for the Bears last season…Finished second on the team in goals (4), points (8) and shots on goal (14)…Leads all returning players in goals and points
