JUNIOR (2025-26): Posted a 30-9 record with 16 victories by fall at 197-pounds … Went 12-1 in dual meets … Pinned McDaniel’s Gannon Brooks in 54-seconds during his season debut at the Messiah Invitational (11/1) … Went 3-1 and placed second at the Racich Rumble (11/8) … Placed second at the Cougar Classic (11/22), behind a 3-1 record … Recorded a 3-1 record and placed second at the New Standard Invitational (12/6) … Tallied four straight victories at the Manganaro Duals (1/10) … Won the Will Abele Invitational (1/17), recording a 5-0 record, and defeating Camden County’s Anthony Evangelista via a 5-2 decision in the finals … Went 2-1 and placed third at the Centennial Conference Championships (2/14), defeated Gettysburg’s Phil Nave by a 19-1 technical fall in the consolation finals … Went 1-2 at the NCAA Region III Championships (2/28) … Won 17 straight matches from December 20th through February 14th.

FIRST-YEAR (2023-24): Had a breakout freshman season for the Bears notching a 36-9 record … Named Centennial Conference Rookie of the Year (2/16) … Opened his season with a runner-up finish at the Messiah Invitational behind a 3-1 record (11/4) … The freshman continued his success by placing third at the Racich Rumble defeating Division III technical fall leader Gavin Hollingsworth (11/11) … Cowan was undefeated in dual matches for the Bears posting a 12-0 record … The rookie became just the second first-year wrestler under Joe Jamison to earn Centennial gold (2/10) … His phenomenal season ended at the NCAA Mideast Championships placing fourth behind a 3-2 record (3/2).
