Swarthmore won all three of the doubles points to take an early 3-0 lead in the match. Seniors
Darby Rogers and
Ethan Yu dropped an 8-3 match at No. 2 doubles to Phil Rehwinkel and Max Pogorelov before first-years
Deniz Finkel and
Noah Dichter before suffered an 8-5 setback to Lalith Suresh and Rishi Verma at the No. 3 spot. Seniors
Lars Jespersen and
Will Oberholtzer dropped a heartbreaking 8-7 (7-0) match at No. 1 doubles to Winston Zhang and Aadhi Raja after the Garnet pair fended off two match points.

In singles, Yu was defeated by Raja 0-6, 2-6 at the No. 2 spot while Oberholtzer suffered a 1-6, 2-6 setback to Rehwinkel at the No. 4 spot which clinched the match for the Garnet. Rogers was bested by Aamish Pal 3-6, 1-6 at No. 3 singles and Jespersen was downed by Suresh at the No. 1 position 2-6, 1-6. Sophomore
Andrei Bogdan dropped a 1-6, 4-6 match to Andres Fente at the No. 6 spot and Finkel was bested by Pogorelov 1-6, 4-6.Â
