HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Ursinus Women's Cross Country team saw a few runners race in the Haverford Invitational on Friday evening.
The 5k race, serving as a final tune-up for Centennial Conference Championships next week, featured runners from Division I, II, and III.
Sophomore
Lindsay Solomon led six Bears runners with her time of 21:11.1 in 21
st overall. Senior
Brooke Richards was next in 25
th overall with her time of 22:53.1 and first-year
Melody McDonough was in 27
th on her time of 23:13.4 Sophomore
Nicole Parisi followed in 28
th with her time of 23:18.3 and first-year
Addison Hessler recorded a time of 23:58.1 to place 31
st overall. First-year
Nyanah Campbell rounded out the Ursinus runners in 35
th with her time of 25:25.3
The Bears return to action on Saturday, November 1
st as they will compete in the Centennial Conference Championship race at Gettysburg at 12:00 p.m.
