GETTYSBURG, Pa. – The Ursinus Softball team was shutout 7-0 by Gettysburg on Thursday afternoon in the opening game of the Centennial Conference Tournament.
After two scoreless innings to start, the Bullets scored two runs in the bottom of the third to take a 2-0 advantage. Gettysburg added five more runs in the bottom of the fifth to go up 7-0, powered by a three-run home run. The Bears managed just two hits in the contest with junior

The Bears will return to action on Saturday, May 3rd as they will face Muhlenberg in an elimination game at 11:00 a.m. at Swarthmore.
