Ryan has had a career indoor season and will make her NCAA Championship debut in the 60-meter hurdles. She topped the Ursinus 60-meter school record multiple times this season, most recently being an 8.74 last Friday at the AARTFC Championship Meet. It is the 17th fastest time in Division III this season and she won the 60-meter hurdle title at the Centennial Conference Championships back on March 1st. Her time of 8.80 was a Centennial Indoor Championship meet record and it helped lead her to be named the Centennial Conference Women's Most Outstanding Track Performer of the Meet. She was the first Bear to claim the 60-meter hurdle gold since Amanda Laurito went back-to-back in 2012 and 2013. Ryan also claimed the 200-meter dash Centennial title in her big weekend and ranks second in the region for the 60 hurdles and third for the 200.
Pascale had a breakout debut indoor season and came away with a pair of All-Region honors. She broke the 400 meters Ursinus Indoor School record in back-to-back meets with the most recent being a 57.62 at the AARTFC Championships last week. Pascale ranks second in the Metro Region with that time and ranks seventh on her best 200 meter time set at the AARTFC Championships of 25.54 last week. Pascale became the first Bears women's runner to claim gold in the 400 meters at the Centennial Indoor Championships and also set the meet record in the process.
Gyapong recorded her first career indoor All-region nod in the 200 meters on her time of 25.45 at the Centennial Indoor Championships that garnered her the bronze medal.
Sideris earned her first career All-Region track honor after becoming a multi-time honor on the Cross Country side. She recorded a career best time of 10:12.53 last week at the AARTFC Championships to rank seventh overall in the Metro Region.
Bauroth-Sherman and Bompensa repeated their Indoor All-Region selections from a year ago after setting career best marks this season. Bompensa cleared the bar at 3.20 meters at the Ursinus Frank Colden Invitational in February to tie for third overall and Bauroth-Sherman tied for eighth on her mark of 3.17 at the Centennial Indoor Championships.
The 4x400 relay team of Ryan, Pascale, Miller, and Middleton set the Ursinus school record at the Centennial Indoor Championships with their time of 3:56.99 to earn the silver medal. It is the second fastest time in the Metro Region and the first career All-Region nods for Miller and Middleton.
