ASTON, Pa. – The Ursinus college women's volleyball team wrapped up competition at the Neumann Knights Invitational on Saturday morning against the host Knights and Rowan.
Against the Knights, first-year
Madison Small led the Bears once again with 17 kills while adding four digs and three aces. Her performance earned herself a spot on the All-Tournament team. Junior
Marissa Ortiz posted eight kills and sophomore
Chloe Kamp registered a dig/assist double-double of 20 assists and 10 digs. Sophomore
Mackenzie Nardone added 17 assists and seven digs while senior
Alexa Mazzeo paced the Bears with 21 digs.
Against the Profs, junior
Molly Stevenson had a team-high seven kills while adding seven digs and Kamp paced the Bears again with 13 assists.
The Bears return to action on Thursday, September 17
th as they will host Cairn at 7:00 p.m.
