GLASSBORO, N.J. - The Ursinus Men's Cross Country team raced in the Inter-Regional Border Battle at Rowan University on a beautiful Saturday morning as they returned to action.

The Bears competed against a deep field consisting of eight Metro regionally ranked schools, 15 schools featured in regional rankings, and two nationally ranked schools. Ursinus finished 29th overall.

Liam Johnston was back in the Bears lineup and led the team with a time of 26:00.2 and finished 67
th overall in a field of 327 runners. Senior
Ryan Martin was the second Bears runner to cross the line at 27:45.6 and sophomore
Aidan Furtek was next on a 27:55.1. Junior
Nav Manick finished with a time of 28:19.1 and first-year
Ramon Martinez was next on a 28:38.5 to round out the Ursinus top five.

Justice Scheidel crossed the line with her time of 28:59.0 and junior
Dom Nunez followed with his time of 29:17.8. First-year
Nick Sirdashney recorded a time of 29:18.0 and sophomore Johnathan Sabo posted a time of 30:45.9

The Bears return to action on Friday, October 24th as they will compete in the Haverford Invitational at 5:00 p.m.
