MIDDLETOWN, Conn. – The Ursinus Men's Cross Country team returned to action by competing in the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational on Saturday morning.
The Bears totaled 325 points as a team and finished 11
th in a loaded field.
First-year
Elias Knoll led seven Bears in the 8k race with his time of 27:24.02 and finished in 86
th overall. First-year
Ryan Ickes followed with a time of 28:26.08 and junior
Dom Nunez was third among Ursinus runners with his time of 28:31.86. First-year
Evan O'Connor finished with a time of 28:36.87 and senior
Justice Scheidel crossed the line with a time of 28:49.61. Senior
Ryan Martin recorded a time of 28:54.49 and junior
Nav Manick rounded out the Ursinus runners with a time of 29:36.94.
The Bears return to action on Friday, October 3
rd as they will compete in Lehigh's Paul Short Run starting at 9:30 a.m.
