GLASSBORO, N.J. - The Ursinus Women's Cross Country team competed in the Inter-Regional Border Battle at Rowan University on a beautiful Saturday morning as they returned to action.
The Bears faced a loaded field consisting of nine Metro regionally ranked schools, 15 schools featured in regional rankings, and two nationally ranked schools. Ursinus finished 30th overall.
Sophomore
Julianna Mullen led the Bears by crossing the line with a time of 25:59.5 in 229
th overall. Sophomore
Aubrey Myers followed with her time of 26:28.1 and junior
Kira Wise ranked third among Bears runners with her time of 26:42.1. Senior
Corrine Martello was next on a time of 26:55.1 and sophomore
Lindsay Solomon rounded out the Bears top-five with a time of 27:03.1
First-year
Melody McDonough finished with a time of 27:06.2 and sophomore
Nicole Parisi crossed the line with a time of 28:19.5. Sophomore
Elizabeth Dill recorded a time of 28:21.4 and senior
Brooke Richards finished with a time of 29:34.0
Ursinus returns to action on Friday, October 24th as they will compete in the Haverford Invitational at 5:00 p.m.
