LANCASTER, Pa. – Following a strong weekend, senior Ursinus Women's Track & Field athlete
Rainah Dunham was named the Centennial Conference Women's Field Athlete of the Week, announced by the conference on Tuesday morning.
Dunham added a pair of wins in both jumping events she competed in on Saturday at the Widener Indoor Classic, defeating some of the top jumpers in the Metro region and Division I and Division II in the process. She won the long jump with a mark of 5.77 meters and the triple jump at 12.36 meters. Dunham still holds the top marks in the Centennial and the region for each event.
This is the fifth time in her career that Dunham has earned a weekly accolade from the Centennial Conference and the second one she has earned this indoor season.
Ursinus returns to action on Saturday, February 22nd as they will compete in Haverford's Keogh Invitational starting at 10:00 a.m.
