ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Senior
Rainah Dunham completed her decorated Ursinus Track & Field career by earning First Team All-American honors in the triple jump on Saturday at the 2025 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships held at Nazareth College.
Dunham once again hit her best mark of the day on her second to last jump of the day at 12.33 meters to finish fourth in the triple jump. As she did yesterday in the long jump, Dunham improved on her seventh place finish in the event last season to earn her eighth All-American honor of her career between the indoor and outdoor seasons. To be named a USTFCCCA All-American, athletes of member institutions who finished in the top-8 of their respective individual events and relays at the 2025 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships took home First-Team All-America honors. Elysse Cumberland of Tufts won the National Title with a jump of 12.60 meters.
Dunham stands alone in Ursinus Women's Track & Field lore earning multiple All-American honors in a NCAA Track & Field Championship Meet three times in her career, and the only National Champion in program history to this date.
The Women's Track & Field outdoor season will get started in two weeks on Friday, March 28th at the Danny Curran Invitational hosted by Widener.
