ITA All-Academic Teams
ITA Scholar Athletes
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The Ursinus men's tennis team netted a host of academic honors from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) for their performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year, announced by the organization on Wednesday morning.
The Bears were named an All-Academic Team and had five players recognized as ITA Scholar-Athletes with four earning it for the first time in their respective careers.
To earn All-Academic Team status, programs must have a grade-point average of 3.20 or above. To be recognized as an ITA Scholar-Athlete, student-athletes must post a GPA of at least 3.50.
The following Bears were named ITA Scholar-Athletes:
Deniz Finkel
Nathan Kim
Andrei Bogdan
Noah Dichter
Charles DiCicco
Additionally, Bogdan, Dichter, Finkel, and recent graduate
Hunter Murray were named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll after achieving at least a 3.40 cumulative GPA.
