CSC Academic All-District MBB Team
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Four members of the Ursinus Men's Basketball team were named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) All-District team, announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
Senior
Nick Nocito, junior
Luke Nieman, and sophomores
Jamie Murphy and
Porter Kelly represented the Bears on the team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the classroom and on the field of competition. Nocito earned his third straight selection while Nieman, Murphy, and Kelly earned it for the first time in their respective collegiate careers.
Nocito, a health and exercise physiology major, finished off a tremendous career in Collegeville by being named an All-Centennial Conference Second team selection. He once again led the Centennial Conference in assists per game at 5.6 and ranked third on the team in scoring at 11.5 points per game. Nocito tied for the team lead and sixth in the Centennial with 1.7 steals per game and shot 46.3 percent from the field. Nocito eclipsed the 1,000-career point mark on January 31st and also recorded 3.8 rebounds per game.
A health and exercise physiology major, Nieman was just off his career-high in points as he averaged 8.9 points per game that ranked fourth on the team. He led the team and ranked second in the Centennial Conference with 59 three-pointers and second with a 39.1 three-point field goal percentage. Nieman led the Centennial Conference at 2.2 three-point field goals made per game and recorded a career-high of 24 points in a win over Widener back in late November.
Murphy, a PreEngineering, major, had a breakout sophomore campaign to make his debut on the All-Centennial team at Honorable Mention. Murphy averaged 16.3 points per game which was good for fourth-most in the Centennial Conference and second on the team. He paced the Centennial Conference with a 53.3 Field Goal Percentage (168-of-315) and scored in double-figures in all but four games. Murphy led the Bears and ranked eighth in the Centennial Conference at 6.6 rebounds per game and tied for the team lead with 1.7 steals per game.
A Business Economics/Health Sciences major, Kelly saw an expanded role during the 2025-26 season that saw him average 5.7 points per game. He recorded four double-digit point outings earlier in the season that came during a five-game span. Kelly set a new career-high of 14 points on two separate occasions against Albright and Rosemont.
