CHESTER, Pa. – Senior
Kaelin Ryan extended her 100-meter hurdle school record to highlight the Ursinus Women's Track & Field team at the Widener Last Chance Meet on Monday.
Ryan topped her less than two-week old 100-meter hurdle school record in the prelims by posting the fastest time at 14.23. That time is 14th fastest in Division III at the moment for the event and she finished with a time of 14.54 in the finals to finish second overall while being the top Division III runner.
Senior
Juniper Bauroth-Sherman competed with Ryan in the 100-meter hurdles and finished seventh in the prelims at 16.47 and topped it with a 16.37 in the finals to place sixth. First-year
Sophia Pascale finished third in the 400 meters with her time of 56.69.
First-year
Alissa Joseph posted a time of 2:23.45 in the 800 meters and sophomore
Aubrey Myers finished with a time of 2:27.70. Sophomore
Julianna Mullen recorded a time of 20:29.42 in the 5,000 meters and classmate
Lindsay Solomon was next at a 20:46.61.
Ursinus returns to action on Wednesday, May 13th as they will open at the two-day AARTFC Championship Meet hosted by the Bears at Patterson Field started at 12:00 p.m.
