All-Centennial Teams
LANCASTER, Pa. – The Ursinus Women's Track & Field saw eight different student-athletes earn a combined 15 All-Conference nods for their performances at the Centennial Outdoor Championships, announced by the conference on Friday morning.
The team consists of top three finishers (except for third-place relay teams) for each event at the 2026 Centennial Women's Track & Field Outdoor Championships that were held from May 1st to 3rd. The eight different student-athletes matched an outdoor school record while the combined selections were a school record for outdoor season.
Senior
Kaelin Ryan earned first team honors in the 100-meter hurdles and second team honors in the 200 meters. Sophomore
Nadly Gyapong garnered first team honors in the 200 meters and second team honors in the 100 meters, first-year
Sophia Pascale took home first team honors in the 400 meters, and junior
Sam Wechsler rounded out individual first team honors by earning it again for the triple jump. The 4x100 relay team of Ryan, Gyapong, Pascale, and first-year
Laela Middleton earned first team honors for their gold medal. Ryan, Gyapong, and Pascale joined senior
Jaycie Miller for second team honors in the 4x400 relay while senior
Mia Sideris and junior
Emily Barlam garnered honorable mention.
Ryan tied for the most combined selections on the team with four. She completed her sweep of the Centennial Championship Most Outstanding Women's Track Performer. Ryan now has three to her name after claiming a co-performer at the 2025 Outdoor Championships and both indoor plus outdoor this season. Ryan claimed four medals at the Outdoor Championships behind two golds and two silvers. She teamed up with Middleton, Pascale, and Gyapong to win gold in the 4x100 relay on a time of 47.51. Ryan followed that by defending her 100-meter hurdle gold from last season by winning the race at 14.50. She earned her silver in the 200 meters with her time of 25.18. Ryan earned her final medal in the 4x400 relay with Gyapong, Pascale, and Miller who blitzed the two-week old school record by five seconds with a time of 3:51.83 to gain silver.
Gyapong matched Ryan with four All-Centennial nods after claiming her first career individual Centennial gold medal with her time of 25.09. She claimed silver in the 100-meter dash with her time of 12.33 while adding her two relay medals.
Pascale completed her 400-meter sweep in the Centennial Championship events for 2026 by topping her own school record of 56.06 which also leaves her in position to potentially earn a berth to the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships. She added her two relay medals to total three in a breakout collegiate debut season.
Wechsler successfully defended her triple jump championship with her mark of 11.00 and now has All-Centennial First Team honors in the past two seasons.
Sideris claimed the first individual medal of her career at Centennial Championships by placing third in the 10,000 meters with a personal best time of 37:19.13 and her first individual All-Centennial nod. Barlam earned bronze in the long jump with her mark of 5.21 meters and now has All-Centennial honorable mention this season in both the Indoor and Outdoor Championships.

The Bears return to action on Monday, May 11th as they will continue their final push for more NCAA Qualifiers at the Widener Last Chance Meet starting at 10:00 a.m.
