FORT PIERCE, Fla. – The Ursinus College baseball team picked up its second win of the season on Thursday morning, defeating Elizabethtown 5-1 in the first game of a scheduled doubleheader. Game two was rained out.

Junior Steve Christakos (Rockville, Md./Walter Johnson) pitched a complete game eight hitters, striking out four and allowing just one run which came in the first inning.

Junior Brandon Sullivan (Gilbertsville, Pa./Boyertown) was 1-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored, while senior Danny Ludwig (Boonton Township, N.J./Mountain Lakes) was 2-for-3 with two runs scored, a double and a RBI.
