SALISBURY, Md. – Homestanding Salisbury scored two goals in the span of ten minutes midway through the first half as the host Seagulls (2-2) defeated Ursinus (2-2) 3-0 at the first match of the Seagull Classic on Friday afternoon.
 
Salisbury scored in the 23rd and 33rd minutes in the win, while tacking one on with just 36 seconds left for the final margin.
 
Ursinus was held to just nine shots, four of which were on goal. Senior goalkeeper Kara DiJoseph (Turnersville, N.J./Washington Township) made six saves on the night.
