COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. –  The Ursinus Softball team hosted McDaniel and were swept losing both games 5-1 and 5-0, Saturday afternoon at Snell Field.

The Bears drop to 7-15 going 2-8 in the Centennial Conference and the Green Terror improve to 18-10, 9-3 taking second place in the Conference.

Junior outfielder Delia Mercurio led the Bears for the day going 5-8 with their only RBI of the day.

McDaniel's Caroline Brehm improved her record to 16-7 and had an impressive 28 strike outs for the day.

The Bears continue their weekend with another double header at Moravian tomorrow starting at 1:00 pm.
