GLASSBORO, N.J. - The Ursinus Women's Cross Country team competed in the Inter-Regional Border Battle at Rowan University on a beautiful Saturday morning in their final race before Centennial Championships.

The Bears faced a loaded field consisting of seven Metro regionally ranked schools, 16 schools featured in regional rankings, and one nationally ranked school. Ursinus finished 22nd in the 31-team field.

Junior
Mia Sideris led the Bears by posting a 6k personal best time of 22:30.5 and finished 28th overall in the field consisting of 260 runners. Senior
Ryann Wauthier was second among the Bears runners and 82nd overall with her time of 23:53.5 and classmate
Meghan Carroll was right behind in 87th on her personal best time of 23:58.5.

Aubrey Myers was the fourth Bear runner to cross the line with her personal best time of 26:14.3 and classmate
Elizabeth Dill recorded a personal best of her own at 26:24.9. First-year
Mary Acar was right behind Dill after recording a time of 26:26.1.

Lindsay Solomon (26:34.8), junior
Kirra Norling (27:05.6), and junior
Veronica Filippone (27:56.0) rounded out the Bears runners at Rowan. Hudson and Solomon both also set personal bests on the 6k course.

Ursinus has a week off before returning to action at the 2024 Centennial Conference Championships on Saturday, November 2nd at Dickinson that will begin at 11:00 a.m.
