LANCASTER, Pa. – The Ursinus Women's Track & Field won two more medals on the final day of the 2024 Centennial Indoor Track & Field Championships. The Bears finished fourth overall as the meet ended with 57 total team points.
The Bears posted a total of four medals for the weekend to complete their tally with two silvers and two bronze. Johns Hopkins won the team title with 311 points that was 184 points clear of second place Dickinson.
Senior
Jacqueline Allen garnered her first indoor championship medal in the shot put after taking silver on a personal best throw of 12.73 meters. It was her third career silver medal for the shot put after winning it at the 2021 and 2022 outdoor championships.

Rainah Dunham registered her second bronze medal of the weekend in the long jump after recording a mark of 5.52 meters. First-year
Sam Wechsler finished seventh on her jump of 5.20 meters and placed sixth in the 60 meter hurdles on a time of 9.81.

Brooke Adams led four Bears in the 800 meters with a fifth-place finish behind recording a time of 2:19.35. Sophomore
Tashyah Sample finished 10th in the 400 meter dash with her time of 1:01.80.

Ursinus will return to action on Friday, March 1st as they will compete at the two-day AARTFC Championship hosted by Nazareth College beginning at 12:00 p.m.
