PHILADELPHIA/EWING, N.J. – The Ursinus Women's Track & Field 4x100 relay squad needed just one day to top their school record to highlight the final tune-up before Centennial Championships in split squad action at the Penn Relays plus TCNJ Lions Invitational on Saturday.
27 hours after topping a 13-year old school record, the four of sophomores

Sam Wechsler, and senior
Rainah Dunham bested their old time by running a 48.78 that earned them a 5th place finish in the finals of the 4x100 Eastern race at the Penn Relays. They topped the lone other Division III school in the race in Catholic and capped a breakout weekend.
At TCNJ, first-year
Madison Lippay recorded a personal best in the high jump after clearing the bar at 1.47 meters while sophomore
Amanda Traska finished 10th in the event at a 1.42. Sophomore
Juniper Bauroth-Sherman posted a personal best mark in the pole vault at 3.15 meters to finish fourth overall. Bauroth-Sherman also finished 14th in the 100 meter hurdles after crossing the line at 17.31. Senior
Jacqueline Allen led the Bears in the shot put behind a season best mark of 11.95 meters that was good for 10th overall. Allen now holds the 5th best throw in the shot put for the Centennial Conference this season while also recording a season best throw of 31.92 meters in the discus. First-year
Randi Wood led three Bears in the discus with her throw of 32.64 meters that placed her 14th while classmate
Hannah Quinn posted a throw of 30.86 meters.
The Bears return to action on Friday, May 3rd as they will begin at the 2024 Centennial Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Muhlenberg starting at 1:00 p.m.
