CHESTER, Pa. – The Ursinus Women's Track & Field team started their final week to qualify more athletes to the NCAA Outdoor Championship Meet at the Widener Final Qualifier on Monday.
Senior
Rainah Dunham easily cleared her long jump school record with her mark of 5.82 meters that placed her second overall. Dunham still holds the top long jump mark in the Metro Region and put herself in an assured spot to compete in the long jump at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships. Dunham also won the triple jump with her mark of 12.30 meters and first-year
Sam Wechsler placed fourth in the event with her jump of 11.08 meters.
Senior
Jacqueline Allen competed in a pair of throwing events and finished sixth in the shot put with her throw of 11.73 meters after placing 14th in the hammer throw on her mark of 42.44 meters.

Tashyah Sample and
Jaycie Miller posted a season best time of 4:02.46 and finished third overall.
Ursinus returns to action on Wednesday, May 15th as they will begin the two-day AARTFC Regional Championship Meet at SUNY Cortland at 12:00 p.m.
