Full Academic All-District Team
COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – Four Ursinus Women's Volleyball players earned Academic All-District honors by the College Sports Communicators (CSC); the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.

Mel Eglinton,
Reena Robinson,
Lexi Couch, and
Erin Dychdala all earned the honor for the Bears. Eglinton becomes a three-time honoree of the team while Robinson garners her second straight honor.
The CSC Academic All-District women's volleyball team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the classroom and on the field of competition.
An applied economics major, Eglinton led the Bears in her final season on the team with 194 kills that tied for 10th in the Centennial Conference and 2.34 kills per set. She also paced the Bears with a .236 hitting percentage, 181 digs, and ranked second on the team with 35 blocks. Eglinton played well down the stretch for Ursinus by recording double-digit kills in four of their last five games with two being kill-dig double-doubles. She punctuated her career by earning All-Centennial Honorable Mention, her first postseason accolade by the conference.
Robinson, a health and exercise physiology major, ranked third on the team with 153 kills and held a .158 hitting percentage. She tallied 60 digs, 18 blocks, 16 aces, and eight assists and recorded five double-digit kill outings. Robinson wraps up her Ursinus career with 396 kills, 198 digs, 53 blocks, 46 aces, and 23 assists in three active seasons.
Couch, and health and exercise physiology major, had her best season to date by ranking second on the team with 166 kills and with a .207 hitting percentage. She ranked third on the team with 33 blocks while adding 48 digs, four assists, and three aces. Couch recorded seven double-digit kill outings with four in a row coming in September.
A neuroscience/psychology major, Dychdala commanded the Bears offense with a team-leading 459 assists that ranked sixth in the Centennial Conference and 5.53 assists per set that also ranked in the same spot. She also led the team with 37 aces and ranked second on the team with 177 digs while also adding 40 kills. Dychdala recorded 10 20+ assist games and a career-high 32 assists against Washington College in mid-October.
